Eating smart is the starting of a healthy eating formula. It is always not about what you eat, it’s about how you eat. Choosing nourishing, enjoyable and healthy food helps in having a healthy diet. Despite fat diets, a person needs to have food which is a balance of carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, and minerals. A healthy diet would include a lot of vegetables, fruits along with grams and pulses. Harmful ingredients like sugar, excess of salt and fat are very dangerous to one’s body as they are the root cause for heart diseases. The basic tips one can follow is that they should take time in chewing their food before swallowing, they should avoid being stressful, should drink more water, avoiding sugary foods, refined grains. Foods which are high in complex carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, fruits, grains, fiber, vegetables are very important in our daily routine.
